Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; experience treating outpatient ortho patients is strongly preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by the director before hours are worked.
• Floating to other clinics is not required for this assignment.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic in Salem, OR.
• Shift: Days.
• Typical schedule: 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours; primary rate type is 8-hour day shifts.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• New graduates and first-time travelers accepted.
