CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistance to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Observe and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
Follow care plans accurately and provide support to ensure residents' comfort and safety.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, complying with infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate appropriate patient care.
Adhere to facility policies regarding documentation and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
Proven experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills.
Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.
