Job Details Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 840 - Battle Creek, MI 49014 Overview Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Day In the Life Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store Train retail store associates on HP products and services Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness Report and provide competitive insights Key Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Courtly welcome customers and offer assistance Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs Advise customers by providing information on products and services Help customers make selections by building customer confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times Submit all paperwork completely and accurately What’s in it for you?
