HVAC Supervisor

HVAC SupervisorSupervise and coordinate the school district's HVAC maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance program to ensure heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and related building systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.Education/Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.Appropriate HVAC/EPA certifications and valid driver's license required.Experience:Minimum 5 years HVAC experience, with 5 years supervisory or lead experience preferred.Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, repair and maintenance techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and written reference materialAbility to perform mathematical calculationsAbility to diagnose and resolve problemsAbility to fabricate, assemble, and install duct workAbility to use hand and power toolsSupervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervise all HVAC personnel
