Carrier Assure is hiring an on-site, part time Executive & Personal Assistant in the Phoenix/Gilbert area. This role supports both company operations and personal logistics in a fast paced founder environment. The position involves working closely with the CEO of a growing transportation technology and risk intelligence company. Responsibilities Managing schedules, meetings, and communications Research and administrative projects Travel and event coordination Helping organize workflows and priorities Social media support and content coordination Marketing assistance and brand support Managing inboxes, follow ups, and operational tasks Running errands and handling household logistics Light household support and day to day operational assistance General operational support to help keep everything running efficiently Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail oriented Strong communicator and writer Comfortable with social media and marketing tasks Quick learner Comfortable switching between business and personal responsibilities Strong judgment and discretion Enjoys creating structure and solving problems This is a part time, in person role working from a home office environment.
