This position is full time/ onsite Monday-Friday 45 hours a week in Warren, MI The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Review, process and track sign-on and referral bonuses for driver and dock positions. Prepare weekly driver and dockworker staffing reports, including the critical openings report, recruiting productivity report, and outgoing contacts report. Market research for potential new business or challenging locations including rate studies Conduct Exit Interviews with outgoing employees, and track results using online survey tools and reporting results to senior management Prepare and send out daily start list for new drivers, dock and mechanics Compile monthly turnover reports Providing administrative support as needed to recruitment department leadership team Ideal Candidates: what "U" bring to the table! Strong communication and time management skills MS Office experience including proficient use of Word & Excel Ability to multi-task and stay organized A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
