Content Strategist

Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Title: Content Strategist / UX Writer Rate: 40-45HR Location: Miami FL (Hybrid – Onsite – Tuesday to Thursday) 6-12 month contract + extensions Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Must-haves: 7-10+ years of UX content design work that focuses on complex software products or digital experiences. Collaborate in tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (FigJam, Lucid, Mural, etc.) Empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research 3+ years of experience with Figma and UX Content A portfolio of relevant UX content work Day-to-Day: We are seeking a UX Content Strategist who will craft clear, consistent language for products and digital experiences. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional team members to create user-centered experiences. As a Content Strategist, your passion is to simplify complex nuances into simple language, providing an elegant and human-centered solution.
