What Youll Do

• Monitor and communicate with new hires via the applicant tracking system and distribution lists.
• Coordinate all new hire processes, including offer letters, background checks, and I-9s.
• Schedule and collect new hire medical records.
• Assist with both employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Distribute new hire announcements and create onboarding schedules.
