Litigation Attorney

Defense law firm specializing in insurance and personal injury litigation is looking for experienced attorneys in its downtown Houston and Sugar Land offices. This position requires 2 or more years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance first- and third-party defense. Any successful candidates must possess excellent research, writing and analytical skills, have experience in personal injury, auto, trucking, and product liability cases, be self-motivated, and looking for long-term employment. The candidates should have experience in retaining experts, taking depositions, drafting dispositive motions, reporting to carriers, and capturing your own time. An ideal candidate will have trial experience in Harris County and portable business. The attorney will have the benefit of working on both high-exposure personal injury matters with a small team of lawyers as well as lower-exposure matters with the primary responsibility for managing the case.
