Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans, including pre-crisis strategies and behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Complete all documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission and maintenance of necessary records. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes. \n
- Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining knowledge of all relevant standards and quality measures. \n
- Act as a liaison with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate seamless service delivery and resource sharing. \n
- Establish effective communication channels to uphold contract requirements while promoting the mission and values of MHA within the local community. \n
- Build and sustain relationships with various agencies and organizations to expand service offerings and explore new partnership opportunities. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and committee involvement, advocating for issues related to mental health care. \n
- Embody and promote the principles and values of our agency in every aspect of your work. \n
You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking mental health support for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other emotional challenges. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate their recovery journey, develop coping strategies, and foster wellness in a community that values each individual’s unique story.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field is mandatory. \n
- Possession of a current and independent LMHC license is required for this role. \n
