GENERAL DENTIST OFFICE COORDINATOR
MONTGOMERY, AL

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized general dentist front Office Coordinator to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This is a non corporate one doctor practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functionality, exceptional patient care, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive dental office management experience, and a passion for fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. As the cornerstone of our practice, you will coordinate administrative tasks, manage financial processes, and support clinical staff to deliver top-tier dental services. Your energetic approach will drive operational excellence and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dental office environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management practices including HIPAA compliance, dental billing, and practice management software such as Dentrix
• Experience supervising clinical staff such as dental assistants in a fast-paced environment

Duties:

• Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing, coding, and collections using Dentrix
• File and oversee insurance claims
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient management software utilization and streamline workflows across all departments
• Oversee dental administrative support functions including appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, insurance verification, and billing procedures
