Financial Systems Analyst

LHH is partnering with a growing, team-oriented organization to add a Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle EPM) to support and enhance enterprise financial systems. This position sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, playing a key role in improving financial reporting, planning, and overall system performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting/finance foundation and hands‑on Oracle EPM experience who enjoys driving process improvements and partnering with leadership on data‑driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize Oracle EPM applications across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to align systems with business needs and improve financial visibility Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Narrative Reporting outputs for leadership Ensure data integrity and reliability across financial systems and reporting processes Provide functional support to end users, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance Assist with system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new EPM features Support compliance efforts, including SOX controls and documentation Core Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5+ years of finance/accounting experience with exposure to financial systems Hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS) Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and forecasting processes Experience building reports and working with Smart View and EPM reporting tools Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a systems mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with Narrative Reporting, EDM, REST API, or EPM Automate Exposure to business rules, calculations, and system configuration Background supporting system implementations or enhancements Knowledge of internal controls and SOX environments CPA, CMA, or Oracle EPM certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
