Operations Manager-HVAC

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead HVAC/Refrigeration service operations. This role oversees daily branch performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations, including service, installation, and scheduling
Lead, hire, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff
Monitor job costing, KPIs, and branch profitability
Review work orders, invoices, and ensure quality standards
Maintain inventory, service vehicles, and vendor relationships
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
Enforce safety policies and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
3+ years leadership or service management experience
Strong business acumen (P&L, job costing, performance metrics)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service systems
