Pay: $31.25–$37.25+ per hour (based on years of experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a growing urgent care organization seeking Radiologic Technologists to join multiple clinic locations throughout the St. Louis area. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable performing both radiology and medical assistant responsibilities.

Numerous openings are available across multiple clinic locations and geographic pods.

 

Job Description:

The Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging services while also supporting clinical operations within an urgent care setting. This role requires flexibility, strong patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Candidates must be comfortable performing both radiology duties and clinical support responsibilities as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exam processes.
• Support patient care activities within the clinic as needed.
• Assist providers with clinical workflows and patient intake.
• Document patient information accurately within the EMR system.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support urgent care operations during high-volume periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Float to nearby clinic locations within assigned geographic pod when needed.

 

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Prior radiology experience required.
• Urgent care experience preferred but not required.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Comfortable performing both Radiologic Technologist and Medical Assistant-related duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• North ( Float Position) : Lake Saint Louis, MO | St. Charles, MO | O'Fallon, MO | Cottleville/St. Peters, MO
• Central: Chesterfield, MO | Manchester/Ballwin, MO
• West: Eureka, MO | Fenton, MO | Washington, MO
• South: Imperial, MO

 

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Rotating schedule including weekends.
• Candidates must be available for a combination of:
  • Two 12-hour shifts per week
  • One 6-hour shift per week
  • Rotating weekends
• Training: Approximately 3 weeks of weekday training with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
• Work Model: Fully onsite
• Assignment Type: Direct Hire
• Environment: Urgent Care
