Job Title: S upplier Quality Engineer Casting & Machining
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Salary Range: $70K - $80K/Annum
Key Responsibilities:
Lead supplier quality activities for casting and machined components
Drive APQP, PPAP, CAPA , and engineering change processes
Resolve supplier quality issues and improve process capability
Support NPD, launch, and ramp-up activities
Conduct supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Aluminum Casting HPDC, LPDC
Knowledge of Sand Casting & High-Pressure Casting
Hands-on Machining experience
Supplier Quality Management & Manufacturing Quality Systems
Root Cause Analysis & Structured Problem Solving
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations
