Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Title Job Description Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and clinical staff Monitor client progress and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed Provide parent and caregiver training and ongoing support Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA-compliant records Support skill acquisition, communication development, and behavior reduction programs Ensure ethical, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care delivery Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Minimum 1 year of ABA or related behavioral health experience preferred Experience working with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote environments Experience collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams preferred Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days and 2 remote workdays Combination of clinic, home, and community-based settings Flexible and collaborative work environment Supportive clinical leadership and team culture Benefits & Perks Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Mental Health Days Flexible hybrid schedule Professional development and career growth opportunities Employee recognition programs Positive and inclusive workplace culture
