Location WI, Chippewa Falls Specialty Dermatology Visas Accepted H1B Practice Details Marshfield Medical Center - Chippewa Falls is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join its established practice in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. You will have continuing certification collaboration with dermatology colleagues throughout our system of care. The position includes a well-established patient panel.We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come. Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.Compensation floor of $675,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
