You'll also aid in the development of companywide intellectual capital development to drive next generation CSfC concepts, maintaining technical relationships with industry to keep pace with new and innovative use cases and opportunities. The world can't wait.You Have:2+ years of experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied, medium sized teams to successful deliveries on complex engineering programs2+ years of experience leading and growing a technically varied team and continued mentorship2+ years of experience architecting solutions leveraging a multitude of CSfC Capability Packages (CP)2+ years of experience architecting and designing complex DoD systems, including networking, switching, and VPN technologies for remote access solutions 2+ years of experience leading the design, test, and deployment of National Security Systems (NSS)Experience in an architect role, providing ad-hoc subject matter expertise to bolster CSfC solutions across marketsExperience leading capture efforts and small to medium scale proposalsKnowledge of developing business or marketing strategies for secure mobile communicationsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience working in coordination with industryKnowledge of industry and government trends across the secure mobile and remote access workforceAbility to communicate with senior customersPossession of excellent interpersonal skillsBachelor's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
