Empower student growth and make a lasting difference by stepping into an exciting contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Work with diverse learners in a supportive school-based setting near the beautiful Blaine, WA area. This role offers the chance to blend traditional in-person sessions with teletherapy approaches, fostering student success through creative, evidence-based interventions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of home health practices and teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs and related documentation
• Adaptable to various service delivery models (in-person and remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to support students’ educational and functional goals
• Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines and home environments
• Utilize technology effectively for teletherapy when needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
