Overview
As a compassionate caregiver, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities or those in need of assistance. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients through dedicated care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in social and recreational activities, promoting their engagement and well-being.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare practices.
