Must-Have Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
• Minimum 2+ years of post-training clinical experience
• Eligible for FTCA coverage or equivalent malpractice insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services within scope of training and current medical standards
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while coordinating patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Stay current with CDC guidelines, emerging health trends, and pharmaceutical updates
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational policies
• Participate in shared call rotation with other physicians
• Engage in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance and consultation to other providers
• Review lab results and patient communications, ensuring appropriate follow-up care
• Support population health initiatives and identify at-risk patient groups
• Contribute to care coordination efforts, including daily team huddles (PCMH model)
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-management strategies
• Build strong relationships with referral networks and specialists
• Participate in ongoing professional development, meetings, and training
