Senior Manager, Sales OperationsThis role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business build the supply, tools, and experiences that power Priceline’s ability to deliver great deals to our customers so they can experience all the moments that matter.Why this job’s a big deal:As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations – Tools & AI Enablement, your key objective is to drive operational excellence across Priceline’s Accommodations business by identifying, implementing, and scaling tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions.As an experienced leader, you will play a critical role in transforming how our operations teams work reducing friction, improving efficiency, and enhancing partner and internal user experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to bring scalable solutions to life, using data and AI to modernize workflows and unlock meaningful business impact.You will combine your operational expertise, problem-solving skills, and understanding of emerging technologies to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, and scale solutions that improve productivity, quality, and performance across the accommodations business.In this role you will get to:Identify and lead high-impact opportunities to improve operational workflows through tools, automation, and AI, that improve speed and qualityCollaborate cross-functionally with Product and Commercial teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutionsCoordinate cross brand tool and solution developmentDrive the rollout and adoption of new tools, such as CRM and AI-enabled workflows across the Accommodation organizationMonitor performance of implemented solutions and continuously optimize based on data and feedbackSupport pilot programs and scale successful initiatives across markets and teamsTranslate business challenges into practical AI and automation use cases with measurable outcomesProvide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve tooling, reporting, and operational processesManage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to accelerate deliveryLead an operational team, setting the vision and objectives, while managing senior stakeholder requirements Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and performance accountability within the organizationEffectively communicate and present performance findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholdersWho you are:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (MBA preferred) 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or process improvement roles3+ Years of experience as a People LeaderEntrepreneurial thinking, with a proven track record of implementing innovative ideas, processes or products in complex organizationsExperience working cross-functionallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience with implementing AI solutions, automation, or workflow tools, with the ability to apply them to real business problemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCurious, solution-oriented, and motivated to challenge the status quoA strong teammate with a “get it done” attitude and ownership mindsetIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and TrustThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
