Project Manager - Site Development

Position Overview The Site Development Project Manager is responsible for managing public works and heavy civil projects throughout the Jacksonville area. This role oversees projects from cradle to grave—from bid award to closeout—with full P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge, superior organizational skills, and proven experience managing complex civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of public works, heavy civil, and site development projects Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Prepare and review project documentation, schedules, and reports Support estimating and bid preparation as needed Maintain compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 DOE Annual Bonus Program Company Vehicle Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays ESOP Participation – As part of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan company, you are not just an employee—you are an employee-owner.
