General Counsel for AI Model Training [Remote]

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your legal expertise in shaping the future of AI systems. As General Counsel, you will play a critical role in training next-generation AI models by providing high-quality, real-world input. Your domain knowledge will be instrumental in evaluating and refining AI-generated contract negotiations, ensuring models learn to reason and perform effectively.

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, assessing AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, offering expert feedback to enhance model performance and output precision.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Part-time, flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week. Fellowship duration is 1 month.

Hourly rate ranging from $80 to $105.
