Unit: NP/ICU
Location: Naperville, IL 60540
Shift: 7p-7a Nights
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36 hrs

Rate: $116

Job Description:

Admission, codes, orders, some a-lines , basic patient care Will not see pediatric patients.
Collaborative Agreement will be under the Dr at Edward Hospital.

Requirements:

Flu shot required
Client can cancel 1 shift every 4 wks
Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend
On-call Requirements: no
Holidays Requirements: as needed

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 yrs+ APRN with Critical Care experience need hospital ICU experience.
Must have EPIC and Merge Charting Experience.

License Required:

Active DEA, NPI #, Active RN- IL and APRN with Critical Care certified
Certificates Required: BLC, ACLS certified at time of submission
