As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be essential in supporting smooth warehouse operations and ensuring that our customers receive their furniture safely and on time. You'll work closely with the delivery team and warehouse staff to manage inventory, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our growing company.


What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Unloading and receiving incoming furniture shipments, ensuring products are handled carefully and efficiently.
• Inspecting items for damage or defects upon receipt and reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Tagging and labeling inventory accurately for seamless tracking and organization.
• Organizing and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Rotating stock to maximize space and ease of access.
• Picking, staging, and preparing furniture for customer deliveries.
• Assisting with home deliveries, including loading and unloading furniture safely.
• Using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Helping with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts.
• Supporting team members across departments to meet operational goals.
• Ensuring adherence to workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting in furniture assembly when needed to ensure quality deliveries.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• A clean driving record and basic knowledge of warehouse equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
