Management office located in Audubon, Iowa Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

Position Summary: Perform daily and month end procedures necessary to provide financial information to management and clients. Able to analyze accounting data, prepare and present reports while, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Work with multiple entities

• Implement accounting processes

• Insurance reporting

• General ledger posting and maintenance

• Bank reconciliation

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Fund transfers

• Budgeting

• Monthly financial review and reporting analysis

• Researching and analyzing data

• Maintains internal controls and complies with legal requirements

• Maintains customer confidence

• Payroll Processing as needed

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Prefer 4-year degree in Accounting or related field or commensurate experience
