•      Meeting new referral partners face-to-face — not just working a phone list

•      Running discovery conversations to understand what a partner actually needs from a restoration vendor

•      Attending local networking and industry events where your future partners already are

•      Following a structured account-development and farming process rather than winging it

•      Logging activity and opportunities in CRM so nothing falls through

•      Working an organized weekly plan, coordinated with sales leadership

•      Coordinating with operations once a relationship turns into an active project

Requirements

Proven B2B or outside sales experience is preferred. Experience working with property managers, insurance professionals, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, or commercial property professionals is valuable but not required.

Restoration industry experience is not required — Panhandle will train you on the industry. What matters more is whether you're comfortable prospecting, opening doors, and building trust with professional decision-makers.
