Tocayo Mexican Grill & Cantina in Pueblo West, CO, is looking for a dedicated and friendly server to join our team! What You'll Do As a server at Tocayo Mexican Grill & Cantina, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Answering questions about our menu and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent service. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
