Salary: $21.55/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To: CRC Manager

Summary: This position provides instruction and training for all ages and abilities of students. They may work at a variety of levels teaching different skills to either individuals or groups. Individual instruction topics may include GED preparation, HSED programming, Adult Basic Education of math and English. Classroom training may include digital literacy and beginner software. The CRC is located within the community and works in collaboration with the Economic Support department. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related degree.
• Two (2) years' successful classroom instruction experience.
• Ability to obtain appropriate teacher's licensure within one (1) year of hire.
