Position: Team Leader / Shift Manager

Aquawave Express Carwash is looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Team Leader / Shift Manager to join our growing team in Belmont, NC.
This is a full-time leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping a team operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members throughout daily shifts
- Help manage daily car wash operations and keep the property running efficiently
- Open and close the facility as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer questions or concerns
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward positive resolutions
- Monitor wash quality and ensure customers receive a great experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Monitor equipment and communicate maintenance or operational issues
- Follow and enforce company safety and operational procedures
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Lead by example and help maintain a positive team environment
- Assist management with daily operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred
- Car wash experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to work as part of a team and lead by example
