Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
Bed Count: 15 beds (birth to geriatric population)
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1
EMR System: Cerner
Telemetry monitoring in use
No in-house pharmacy (RN mixes medications)
No on-call requirement

Requirements

Active Colorado RN License
Minimum 2 years of RN inpatient experience
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
Experience with cardiac and diabetic drips
Ability to work night shifts and float between departments
Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
