- **Director, Global Engineering****Hengstler-Dynapar – Power & Industrial Technologies (P&IT)**## **Job Description**The Director of Global Engineering leads the worldwide engineering organization responsible for **new product development and sustaining engineering** across the Power & Industrial Technologies portfolio.Key responsibilities include:* Lead and develop a **global, multi-site engineering team*** Drive **new product development (NPD)** from concept through launch* Oversee **sustaining engineering**, including product improvements, cost reduction, and lifecycle management* Align engineering priorities with **business strategy, growth initiatives, and customer needs*** Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, and Sales* Improve **product quality, cost, and time-to-market*** Lead **continuous improvement initiatives** (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)---## **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)* 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments* Proven experience leading **global engineering teams*** Strong background in both: + New product development + Sustaining / lifecycle engineering* Experience with **Lean, continuous improvement, and structured development processes*** Strong business acumen and ability to connect engineering decisions to financial outcomes#LI-PW1**Ralliant Corporation Overview**Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
