Technical Delivery ManagerBrooksource is seeking a Information Technology Delivery Lead. This role supports Invest Technology delivery as a process subject matter expert in project management, system development and program management. Responsible for supporting the team through consulting, communication and education.The Work ItselfProvide program management support for several initiatives [i.e. large scale technology buildouts, migrations, etc...]Deliver solution that accomplishes business objectives with on-time delivery and exceptional quality.Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.Manage team(s) quarterly commitments.Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.Provide adequate, on time reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.The Skills You BringMinimum Qualifications:7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications:5+ years Project Management (primarily Kanban or Scrum) experience in an enterprise IT system environment.Demonstrated expertise in coaching at team level and broader levels (coaching in kanban/scrum/delivery methodology related topics)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.Proven track record of establishing continuous improvement practices.Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Advanced expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.Logistics12-Month W2 Contract (with potential for extension or conversion) Health, Dental and Vision benefits availableCharlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)Full time (40 hours per week)Compensation: $45-$50/hrWe are unable to provide sponsorship currentlyEEO: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
