LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Wallick Communities is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality clinical care to senior residents in our mission-driven communities. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and support care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll build trusting relationships with residents and families, promote dignity and independence, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare and state regulations.
