Associatetherapistsareexpectedto: Buildtowardandmaintainanaveragecaseloadof 20completedclinicalsessionsperweek(40sessionsperpayperiod) Maintain aminimumof25availableappointmentopeningseachweek tosupportreferrals,clientrescheduling,insuranceissues,andcontinuityofcare Provideaconsistentweeklyschedulethatsupportsongoingtreatment Completeallclinicaldocumentationwithin 24hours Communicateproactivelyregardingschedulechanges,availability,andplannedtimeoff Engagefullyinsupervision,coaching,andperformancefeedback Werecognizethatbuildingacaseloadtakestime.Newcliniciansreceivereferrals,mentorship,andongoingsupportastheygrowintotheseexpectations.
