Client Support Specialist

Serving as a dedicated liaison for premier accounts, the full-time Specialist, Premier will ensure exceptional client experiences through proactive support, timely resolution of complex service issues, and collaboration across departments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Act as the daily point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries with professionalism and urgency Manage and prioritize support needs for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements Engage customers through proactive outreach to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred 5+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management, preferably with premier clients Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in providing client training and onboarding support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
