Resident Care Director RN

Coleman House Assisted Living Residence is recruiting for a RN Resident Care Director. Specialized Memory Care 22 units. Responsible for: operating the unit in accordance with established policies and procedures. perform Pre-Admission, Initial and ongoing assessments of residents developing timely review of Resident Service Plans the medication management of the assisted living residents. initial and ongoing training of the employees Must be able to communication with staff, resident, family members. In addition, address concerns, disputes, complains quickly and fairly using facility policies, state regulations and other pertinent facts. provide guidance and support to residents and families regarding residency. Ensure resident needs are met and the service plan reflects those needs. Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive and legible. Perform initial and annual performance reviews of employees. Ensure appropriate staffing of the unit at all times, this includes hiring, reference reviews and payroll notifications.
