Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contractual position to evaluate and treat patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer occupational therapy treatments to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:
- Active OT license in the state of New Mexico
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
