Physician - Per Diem

Role Attending Physician responsible for providing medical management in the emergency department, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and documentation. Responsibilities Perform examinations, evaluations, and treatments prescribe medications refer patients to specialists coordinate care with nursing and support staff follow departmental policies participate in quality improvement and educational programs provide medical consultations and ensure compliance with standards and regulations Qualifications & Skills Doctorate in Medicine, Florida Medical License, active DEA, board certification (ABEM/AOBEM), 3-5 years of related experience, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Proficiency in CPT and ICD coding, and certifications like BLS, ACLS, ATLS required. Strong communication, collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.
