Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences.Speed and Efficiency: Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brand’s commitment to fast and friendly service.Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about Little Caesars’ menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items.Serving Customers: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. Address customer questions and accommodate special requests.Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.Inventory Monitoring: Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment.QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONEducation: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
