Job Overview

You will direct vital field construction operations, driving high-end architectural finishes and structural execution across municipal, residential, and federal job sites. This position grants you the leadership autonomy to lead an elite crew while executing hands-on custom craftsmanship alongside your team. How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead, supervise, and organize a dedicated crew of field carpenters and site laborers daily.
• Interpret architectural plans, engineering blueprints, and technical specifications to map field layouts accurately.
• Coordinate complex daily construction schedules and delegate site tasks to maintain timeline milestones.
• Execute advanced carpentry installations, rough framing, structural plastering, drywall finishing, acoustical ceilings, and EIFS.
• Enforce rigorous quality control checkpoints to guarantee all active craftsmanship complies with regional building codes.
• Oversee comprehensive site safety protocols, executing direct compliance with OSHA and corporate guidelines.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior crew members to elevate their technical efficiency and tool proficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) equivalent, or higher level of academic achievement.
• Minimum of 7 years of verified, hands-on experience operating within the carpentry and structural construction sector.
• Proven history serving as a construction crew leader, field foreman, or structural supervisor.
• Complete technical capability to read, modify, and evaluate complex architectural drawings and plans.
• Valid driver's license necessary to coordinate mobile transit and travel between regional project locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced specialized knowledge in commercial Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and plastering.
• Prior experience supervising trade workers on high-security federal or municipal government job sites.
• Active safety credentials including an OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or certified first-aid field card.
