What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Respond to on-call emergency requests, with a minimum 2-hour callback at agreed-upon rates
• Assist with pre-anesthetic assessments and patient monitoring during procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
• Participate in on-call schedules, including nights and weekends, as assigned
• Contribute to a supportive environment focused on quality patient care

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Minimum of [X] years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
