Sealtite is looking for a driven Regional Sales Professional who loves selling, enjoys solving problems, and wants to represent services that genuinely improve and protect homes and commercial properties.

This is not an order-taking position—and it is not about being the cheapest option. You will help homeowners, builders, property managers, and commercial clients solve challenging insulation, energy-efficiency, concrete-settlement, and soil-stabilization problems. The right person will combine strong sales ability with curiosity, construction knowledge, personal responsibility, and a relentless desire to win.

You’ll respond to inbound opportunities with exceptional care while also building long-term relationships throughout Southwest Florida. You’ll have the opportunity to expand Sealtite’s network of builders, contractors, property managers, referral partners, and commercial clients—creating business today while developing relationships that continue producing opportunities for years.

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

• Manage inbound leads from the initial conversation through the final sale.

• Meet with homeowners, builders, property managers, and commercial clients to understand their needs.

• Inspect properties, identify concerns, and recommend appropriate insulation or concrete-lifting solutions.

• Educate customers clearly without overwhelming them with technical information.

• Create and present professional proposals that communicate value—not simply price.

• Follow a proven consultative sales process and consistently follow up with potential clients.

• Build new relationships with builders, contractors, real estate professionals, property managers, and other referral partners.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, prospecting, and on-site visits.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

• Track opportunities, manage your pipeline, and keep accurate customer information.

• Research market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity.

• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.

• Take ownership of the customer experience and represent Sealtite professionally at every stage.

• Are highly coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process, even when it feels different from what you have used before.

• Can work independently while remaining committed to the success of the entire team.

• Enjoy learning technical information and translating it into clear customer benefits.

• Want to grow with a dynamic company rather than remain comfortable in an average sales position.

• Three or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.

• Experience selling construction services, home-improvement solutions, building products, or other high-value services is helpful.

• Knowledge of residential or commercial construction is strongly preferred.

• Experience selling insulation, spray foam, concrete lifting, soil stabilization, foundation-related services, or energy-efficiency improvements is a major advantage.

• Experience building referral relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, or real estate professionals is valuable.

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
