What You’ll Do
Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
Understand and practice infection control procedures
Comply with all documentation/record -keeping policies including vitals
Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Administer medications
What You Bring
Completed CNA Course / State Licensed
Completed Kentucky Medication Course and successfully passed the test
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive, dependable, team-oriented mindset
Excellent attendance
