Responsibilities for a Receptionist with Phoebe Berks:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role provides a welcoming environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and ensures smooth communication within the facility. The Receptionist also supports administrative functions, helping to maintain the efficient operation of the community.

Requirements for a Receptionist with Phoebe Berks:

• The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
