Roles & Shifts AM shift with at least one weekend duty per week. PM shift with at least one weekend duty per week. Responsibilities Supervise wait staff in preparing and serving dining rooms for residents and guests. Ensure crisp linen, fine china, and quality ingredients for dining service. Maintain daily menu board and update seasonal/regional menus. Provide exceptional customer service: seating, presenting menus, answering questions, making food/service suggestions. Ensure timely bussing and resetting of tables. Enforce clean and pressed uniform dress code for staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or two years related experience or equivalent.
