Our IT Support team provides both remote and onsite support to our global organization.ResponsibilitiesUser account administration for network, e-mail, and other applicationsProvide support to end users on company provided equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, computer operating systems, and office applicationsResearch and resolve technical problems of equipment and software applicationsRespond to tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical supportDocument, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutionsTesting of new technology and applicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other IT related field1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support type roleExperience with PC Equipment, Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products, and other cloud-based applications a plusMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
