What You’ll Do As a Daycare Attendant, you are responsible for the safety and structure of the pack. Your day will include: Supervising group play sessions with multiple dogs Monitoring body language and preventing conflicts Redirecting inappropriate behavior calmly and confidently Separating dogs when needed Walking dogs to and from play areas Cleaning and sanitizing play yards throughout your shift Monitoring health and reporting any concerns immediately Documenting playgroup notes and behavior observations Communicating updates to leadership and occasionally to pet parents You will be on your feet most of the day, moving quickly, and staying alert. You will clean messes. You’ll get dirty. It can be loud and busy. It’s incredibly rewarding when done well.
