Restaurant Operations Leader

CAVA - Town Center Aventura

CAVA in Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into outstanding guest service and smooth restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to set store plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly team members toward excellence.

A typical day includes staffing and scheduling, forecasting, labor control, inventory, training, and coaching, with a strong emphasis on food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
